Jeremy N. Ruiz is a lifelong Californian currently residing in Pacoima who has a penchant for letting his ravenous curiosity take him everywhere – a trait that he attributes to receiving his first camera when he was 17. He went on to become a self-taught photographer after immersing himself in the world of photography for several months, going on to even have a photograph featured at CSUN’s 22nd Annual High School Art Invitational. Outside of his work with the Valley Star, Jeremy also has a caffeinated passion for brewing coffee and playing fighting games. You will never find him sitting perfectly still.
