Angela Thompson is a writer and English major at Los Angeles Valley College.  She loves long walks on the beach and candlelight dinners in the south of France.  She also likes to stay indoors with a good book, reading in her baggy pajamas,  under a heated blanket with her hair up in a messy bun. Connecting with nature is also very important to Angela as well,  going on nature walks with the breeze flowing through her hair and finding meek lakes and flowing rivers is always fun, catching bugs, listening to the birdsong,  and you might even see a deer or two along the way. She realized her love of writing after being a physics major for three long years and decided to follow her heart and change majors. Now, almost ready to transfer, she has joined the Valley Star Newspaper and hopes her writing will help to impact others in the world.
